Staying at Amari Lagoon Park Resort was an absolute delight from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, and the staff was incredibly responsive, ensuring a seamless experience. The unit itself was impeccably clean, complete with modern amenities such as an electric kettle and cookware, making it feel like a home away from home. The inclusive waterpark tickets were a major highlight; not only did the kids thoroughly enjoy the waterpark, but the multi-entry pass allowed us to fully indulge in its offerings, which was fantastic. The proximity to Bukit Katil with its abundance of nearby restaurants, including a McDonald's, added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay.
